Rock River Valley Gourmet Mushrooms

Tucked away on the edge of Watertown, Wisconsin- where the cheese curds squeak and Friday fish fry is basically a religion- you’ll find our family-run fungi adventure, founded by former educators Missy and Kevin Kuckkan.

Our Harvest

We offer a flavorful mix of gourmet mushrooms: shiitake grown on local oak logs, a rainbow of oyster varieties, hearty chestnuts, velvety pioppinos, and seasonal favorites like wine caps.

More Than a Business, It’s a Passion

Beyond the science and all the spore-filled adventures, what we feel most is gratitude. Grateful for the opportunity to grow food with care and purpose. Grateful to share our harvest with our community and beyond. Grateful to introduce people to gourmet mushrooms they won’t find on just any grocery store shelf.
